wmw999 2,120 #226 December 25, 2011 After realizing that I'm nowhere near dedicated enough to seriously hit the ever-intensifying bigway circuit any more, I've stepped back to jumping once or twice a month at most, and including juniors as much as possible. It's way fun to design a jump that the juniors both actually execute on (i.e. the seniors don't just fly around them), and they can remember what they learned on teh jump. Can't wait for spring! Same here...winter really sucks...! I left the sport in 87...life simply got in the way...but the brain was always sort of connected to it still. A couple of years ago I started to get those very real dreams, I could hear the engine sound, smell the jet fuel, saw myself in the middle of the crowd entering the plane, then woke up and was mentally destroyed. Last May I decided I had to do it again...and now I am happy. Will carry on doing it as long as health and money allow it! Blue skies Uwe I can certainly relate to your post, I have the same feelings too. It makes things easier to think that I'm just on a skydiving "break" for now but knowing I have decided that I will jump again one day.
