Havent jumped in years what will it take to jump again

I have had 23 jumps and had to stop jumping because I haven't been able to go for the last five years. I feel like I remember everything that I was taught but know that I will have to do some retraining. My question is: How much retraining? would i have to retake the entire AFF course again?
