Where can I purchase a 3 ring release?

I am a hang glider pilot that uses a ground based winch to get towed up into the air.

But I can't fly until i find a three ring release, or a two ring.

I can't seem to find any place to purchase one!

Any direction as to where I can purchase one would be greatly appreciated!
