Hi folks,

Anyone want to take a shot at who said this:   There can be no room for such vile and racist expressions.

Normally, I would say that it is a Democrat referring to something Trump said.  But, no; it was:  Puerto Rico’s delegate to the U.S. House, Jenniffer González-Colón, a Republican

They are doing everything that they can to get this shit off of their shoes.

while they are trying to get this off their shoes, they are also doubling down on everything else, the pending violence after the election, the lies about stolen elections, the plans to commit multiple crimes in trying to overthrow yet another election.

hundreds more convicted felons coming up in the next couple years.  and all of them will be Trump supporters

Hi folks,

OK, they picked this guy to support Trump; then they want to distance themselves as much as possible:  Republicans, including Trump’s running mate, Sen. JD Vance (Ohio), are trying to minimize the damage

Tony Hinchcliffe's racist remarks roil Donald Trump campaign ahead of election

Talk about two-faced.  I can only hope that it buries Trump and his MAGA idiots.

Jerry Baumchen

Trump and Vance saying they didn't hear the remarks, yet campaign officials reportedly nixed other jokes from Hinchcliffe's planned set.  So, Trump doesn't have anyone telling him (or Vance) about what happens on stage before he is set to go on? Not to mention, this guy's set wasn't the only disgusting, despicable and (yes, I'll say it) deplorable crap that was spewed.  Tucker Carlson referred to Harris's "pimps," and another guy actually called her the C-word. I have no more words.

If Tucker Carlson had any real friends, they would take him aside and explain that he really needs to avoid laughing any time a camera is pointed at him.

and are trying to throw him under the bus just as hard as they can.  "We are shocked - SHOCKED I tell you - that this racist would say something like that!"  Of course, at the same time, Vance is questioning why it's such a big deal, it was just a joke, geez, what's wrong with you people?

Hi folks,

I have fairly consistently used the term 'MAGA idiots'; here is one more:  Authorities say he stood inside the parking lot posing in pictures with the machete with several other male juveniles who were chanting in support of former President Trump.

Florida teenager accused of using machete to intimidate voters at polling station

So much for fair elections.

Today Trump tried to do a photo op with a garbage truck - but missed the handle, then stumbled and almost fell.  When he recovered he was dragging his right leg.

I get the feeling he has an entire team dedicated to trying to keep him vertical until Nov 3.

Seen on FB -

'If you were going to choose a metaphor for the Republican party in 2024, a garbage truck chauffeuring a rich guy, traveling around in circles going nowhere, all for a photo op is pretty spot on.'

Hi folks,

Just now:

Former President Donald Trump's repeated claims against 60 Minutes are false.

• The interview was not doctored; and

• 60 Minutes did not hide any part of Vice President Kamala Harris's answer to the question at issue.

60 Minutes fairly presented the interview to inform the viewing audience, and not to mislead it. The lawsuit Trump has brought today against CBS is completely without merit and we will vigorously defend against it.

I am sick an tired of assholes like this clogging up the court system with frivolous lawsuits every time they are unhappy about something.

We need an annual limit on lawsuits from the same plaintiff. Make it one per year. After you have filed a lawsuit, you can't file a new one until next year.

Love this attempted apology from Trump to Puerto Ricans:

"Don’t make me waste a whole damn half a day here, OK? Look, I came here. We can be nice to each other, or we can talk turkey. I’m here for one simple reason: I like you very much, and it’s good for my credentials with the Hispanic or Latino community.”

Paraphrased:

"I hate wasting time with your people, so I'm going to tell you ONCE that I like you, and that should make up for calling you garbage.  OK?  Done!  I'm outta here."

Hi folks,

Cadet Bone Spurs offers his thoughts:   “You know, they’re all war hawks when they’re sitting in Washington in a nice building saying, oh, gee, we’ll, let’s send — let’s send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the enemy.”

Total hypocrisy.

However, he has always said that he knows more than the generals.  Maybe he meant General Motors.

Trump can learn something from this African sh*thole country.

The governing party in Botswana has just lost their elections for the first time since independence. This is the President's response:

“Although I wanted to stay on as your president, I respect the will of the people and I congratulate the president-elect. I will step aside and I will support the new administration,” Masisi said at a press conference.

Yesterday Trump held a rally in Warren, MI in the same sports arena he held a rally a month ago.  (He has been forced to go to smaller venues since he uses big venues, doesn't pay for them, and gets banned.)  The arena holds 3500, and this rally was about half as big as his last one.

Trump started about an hour late and talked for two hours.  By the end more than half the people had left, leaving a few hundred diehard fans to cheer him.

He's been running out of steam for a while. but now it looks like even his supporters can't muster the energy to watch him any more.

But will they still vote for him?

I suspect anyone who shows up for a Trump rally is sort of a guaranteed Trump voter.

But it's notable that he can't pull them in any more.  Which speaks to how many people are fervent supporters these days.  I get the feeling that a small but nonzero fraction of Trump supporters are getting so sick of his sh!t that they're going to stay home on Tuesday.  Especially if they are women, or Puerto Rican.

You do need to wonder what was on his mind.
