Word is the halftime event is headlining Miley Cyrus. Has anyone heard anything?

Hi Joe,

Only the teasers from the tv news.

Seems as though everyone is waiting with baited breath.

PS)  One question is who will indict him first, New York or Georgia?

Decisions, decisions, . . . .

Trump is now saying he'll be arrested Tuesday and, of course, calling for protests etc.. Maybe the long and dragged out process of prosecuting J6 insurrectionists has been long and dragged out enough to sink in with enough of his cult members to keep that down to a dull roar.

Hi Joe,

Here you go:  Trump predicts imminent arrest, calls for protests - POLITICO

Maybe time for the feds to go after him for insurrection.

Until we see this confirmed by someone other than Trump, I will assume this is just another grift to get more contributions to "fight the witch hunt".

That's a very good point.

However, lots of folks have been predicting an indictment coming out soon.

I wouldn't be terribly surprised to learn that Trump has a couple people inside the prosecutors office who have warned him that the indictment is coming out.

You know, the same ones that made the various charges 'go away' in the past.

The Secret Service will get a say in things so they will need to get the day in advance. I'm thinking it's real.

Okay, I'm hoping it's real. I am tired of waiting to see Trumps first mug shot. In fact I plan on assembling a coffee table book of all of his mugshots and each and every moment a Judge announces a guilty verdict and later the sentence. Time to get the show on the road.

Prosecutors certainly will signal to Trump's attorneys if and when it is about to happen, arrange for him to surrender in a manner that addresses safety concerns of both NY and SS interests.   It won't be a gotcha moment.

From a comment on a YouTube video:

Grand juries pond'ring compelled testimony
Pages of filings that call out baloney
Judges who cut through conspiracy rings
These are a few of my favorite things

FBI warrants that find stolen files
Porn stars that clap back with humor and smiles
Well-served subpoenas that make Corcoran sing
These are a few of my favorite things

When the news slows, nothing happens, and I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things, and then I don't feel... so bad

Probably the most insightful reporting you’ll see on this story today - Major US bike race founder indicted

Trump is perhaps best known as the creator of the Tour de Trump – a major US cycling race run in 1989 and 1990, which later rebranded to the Tour DuPont. When launching the race, Trump estimated that “with a little maturity, with a little time, with a little effort and with NBC’s help, we’ll make this [Tour de Trump] the equivalent of the Tour de France” – a reality that never took shape, due to a lack of maturity, time, and effort.

Trump’s initial foray into cycling was not entirely without controversy. The race was waylaid by anti-capitalist protesters on the first stage, and one of the competing teams was sponsored by leading Dutch brothel, Sauna Diana. In an uncharacteristic show of legal bluster from Trump, his team also sent a cease and desist letter to the organisers of a Colorado event called the Tour de Rump, protesting the similarity in naming, despite the Tour de Rump having existed first.

He never changes!

At the end of the day, Donald Trump is just a private citizen and a former government employee who allegedly committed crimes. The facts will lock him up or set him free. All the people who are weeping and gnashing teeth over his indictment give me the mental image of the woman with a black eye and knocked out tooth who defends the man who just punched her in the face.

Hi jakee,

Well, hopefully, he will be changing into a striped set of clothing soon.
