Not saying it is a scam but if she paid and didn't get it within 2-3 days (priority mail is that fast and 3-5 days international to most countries) or at last have a tracking number she is probably scammed :( MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT Life is Short and we never know how long we are going to have.
