EU Insurance for a citizen of outside EU-country

Hi everybody!

I'm from Russia and living in Slovakia. Would like to visit Protejov, Balathon and Austria as a neighbor-countries for skydiving.

Not to mention I love visiting Empuriabrava in Spain :)

What's the best option for me? I could buy a 1-year insurance in Empuriabrava but it's coverage is twice smaller outside of Spain, for example.

Can you recommend me any insurance company which works with outside-of-EU citizens?

I've already checked out a few UK-companies but they don't work with non-EU citizens.

Are you looking for medcial or third party liability insurance?

There are travel isurances that cover skydiving. Use google and search, you will find many.
