They know perfectly well that EVERY reproductive rights referendum that's gone to a vote has passed in favor of women's rights. Even Ohio and Kansas. Ohio tried REALLY hard to change the rules so that the level of majority the polls were showing wouldn't be enough. Didn't work.

A Trump-appointed judge in Texas is allowing a woman to sue the prosecutors and sheriffs for illegal prosecution over an abortion. Woman imprisoned for abortion, wrongfully charged with murder, will be allowed to sue prosecutors, sheriffs for $1M sometimes, in a country of laws, the laws actually works and wins. Largely why Trump is a convicted felon, a rapist, a fraudman, and a crook..... But the GOP is still upset about all the rampant crime around the country..... supposedly.

JerryBaumchen 1,273 #608 September 10 Hi folks, Missourians will vote this November on whether to legalize abortion. Missouri Supreme Court puts abortion amendment back on ballot | STLPR So far, every state that has had an abortion choice on the ballot, it has been a win for abortion rights. Yet, the GOP continues to tell us that the American people are opposed to abortion rights. Somebody is full of it, Jerry Baumchen

okalb 96 #611 September 23 I just received my FL absentee ballot. There is an amendment to protect abortion rights. For each amendment there is a description that gets added. Here is the text of the amendment and the text of the description. Anyone see anything wrong with this?

They left out the part about the creation of a Special Night Police charged with door bashing in the wee hours to collect pregnant women for abortion quota fulfillment and that all citizens future social security payments will be docked to pay for it all. Otherwise it looks good to me.

JerryBaumchen 1,273 #614 September 27 Hi folks, Looks like what they got [ the Dobb's decision ] is coming around to bite them in the ass: the [ GOP ] party views abortion as an electoral liability. Rick Scott faces peril with abortion on Florida’s ballot (thehill.com) Sort of like the pregnant teenage daughter, we do not talk about it. IMO could not happen to a more well-deserving group.
