Monolithic 0 #1 June 26, 2015 Does anyone use a headset to communicate with others while jumping? I searched the forums and was really only getting discussions from around 10 years ago... and a lot has changed since then. The main goal is to use a headset like this. http://www.buysena.com/outdoorhelmetless/snowtalk/snowtalk-01.html During group wingsuit jumps. For $130 it seems like a steal. I saw a video of Jokke Sommers using a Sena headset, but he didn't specify which one. Any thoughts?

countzero 7 #3 June 26, 2015 my CRW team uses the SMH-10R. They work great as long as we stay in mostly range. Things cut in and out a bit about 3/4 of the stated distance. I know other teams that use the SMH-10 and the Scala Rider 9. Those have more range but have more snag potential.diamonds are a dawgs best friend
Monolithic 0 #4 June 27, 2015 I was looking at the SMH-10R, it just looks so bulky. How do you mount them? Almost everyone at my DZ has a G3.
Hellis 0 #5 June 27, 2015 I bought this http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=mc+intercom+bluetooth&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xmc+intercom+1200m.TRS0&_nkw=mc+intercom+1200m&_sacat=0 Placed the mic and speakers in the dytterpocket and the main unit is attached with a "clamp" that is screwed on, on the side of the helmet.
