Hi Ken,

That is one reason why I am opposed to any LEO leader to be elected.  They should all be appointed.  Just like your local Chief of Police, probably the head of your State Police, etc.

In fact, I am for just a single law enforcement agency for the entire state of Oregon; where I live.
