Gary73 8 #1 Posted November 15, 2021 On an Altitrack history display, does the deployment altitude listed refer to the altitude at which the jumper had slowed to canopy-type speed, or is it an estimate of the pin-extraction altitude, or what? skydiverek 54 #2 November 15, 2021 (edited) It is the altitude where a significant slow down happened (think of it as middle of canopy opening process). I was able to trick my L&B Viso II+ with a very moderate wingsuit flight flatening (it was registered as canopy opening).
