Contacting Chutingstar

I tried contacting Chutingstar by phone and through email about purchasing a complete rig for a few days, but have been unable to get anything other than an answering machine and an email saying feel free to call to get my questions answered. Does anyone know of another method to reach them other than the 770-445-4000 phone number? With my work schedule I don't have many chances to try to reach them during working hours, and I have been unsuccessful in the few chances I've had. Thanks.

Last time I was at Skydive The Farm (before the merger with the Skyride DZ) Chutingstar was there.

I'm going to assume they moved the rigging store.

I see the chutingstar account has posted here too, but going to say this anyways...

Call their main number and leave them a message. They will definitely call you back. I worked with Laura last year on purchasing a complete (new) rig and I think there was only 1 time I didn't have to leave a message. It was still a smooth experience to work with them.

If you can't convince them, keep them confused.

Maybe you just had bad luck and missed them. Keep trying. I ordered some incompatible risers for my rig from chutingstar, and they did a wonderful job of shipping me a different set when I contacted them over the phone.
