I'm not sure I understand withdrawing the use of airspace as the equivalent to hijacking.

Over 7 years old as opposed to the actions of Belarus, who forced a commercial passenger flight to divert and land, in order to go on board and arrest a journalist considered to be a dissident by the Belarus government.

A double standard is still a double standard, even if the first incident was 7 years ago.  Snowden has as much claim to being a dissident as Protasevich.
