jeanneretjerome 24 #2 June 10, 2021 I am using a Fenix for several years now (fenix1 and 5), but I still have an audible altimeter. I know some feel very bad about not having a real mechanical alti, but it works for me... The only issue is to avoid any automatic firmware update. When an update is available, I installed it and then validate with 3 jumps. You need also to set the watch correctly. barometer should be set on "altimeter" mode; the Auto calibration set to Off, and only manual calibration before the first jump. By the way, I developed an skydiving application for the Fenix... and it's free. jerome
