I've been having a difficult time getting back in the air after an overseas tour -- to the point that the adrenaline is painful. Plan to read "Transcending Fear," and now will also watch your video. Appreciate the resources!!

You didn't ingest barium compounds while on your trip, did you?

Symptoms of Barium Poisoning to Look For

When barium accumulates in the body, it usually affects the functions of the nervous system. Common symptoms of barium poisoning include:

1. Muscle weakness and tremors
2. Difficulty in breathing
3. Stomach irritations accompanied by diarrhea
4. Anxiety
5. Cardiac irregularities such as abnormally high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat
6. Paralysis

I lived abroad for three years. When I say "tour," I mean I was stationed there. And no, I'm quite sure I ingested no barium-containing products while there. B|
