David Wang 28 #1 Posted March 16 Hey all... I finally get to know what's going on with my shoulder! I just received my MRI report yesterday. I have a posterior superior labral tear (I guess this is a SLAP) and small Hills Sachs deformity. I think there is a high chance that I will get the labral repair surgery, and I will talk to my sports ortho this Thursday. Does anyone have any experiences with it? What's your best advice for me? Thanks and Blue Skies!

Thanks and Blue Skies! Best advice? Absolutely. If it's your left shoulder don't fly tail. If it's your right shoulder don't fly tail so you'll always have one good shoulder. I've had mine fixed twice and decided to live with the last tear. Get it as strong as you can before surgery. Shoulder rehab sucks.
