Cessna 340

I don't see it on the FAA list of aircraft approved for flight with the door removed (AC-105).

So the answer would likely be 'not in the US'.

I have done a handful of tandems from a Cessna twin. The door was a bit smaller than a King Air. Sorry, but I cannot remember exactly which model of Cessna twin.

I have never heard of a Cessna 340 used for skydiving, it would not be very suitable.  It is a slightly larger 310/320 and is pressurized.  If you were going to use a Cessna twin, the best one would be a 401 or 402, perhaps even a 421, but not a 340.
