All the rest of those presidents were illegitimate, you see, because of the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871. They "proved" this because 1+8+7+1 = 17, and 17 is a super secret Q number! (Q is the 17th letter in the alphabet.) The odds of violence are high, but fortunately they have already made some arrests, and they cancelled Congressional sessions today out of caution.
