anyone ever buy something on alibaba?

google shopping brought up a link to a piece of electronics that was sold on alibaba. I looked it over and as much as i could tell it seemed legit. yeah caveat emptor.  I tried to buy it,  but alibaba seems to be set to Business 2 Business not to individuals. My CC got rejected not sure if by alibaba or my own bank. 

Anyway, does anyone here have a story about buying something and getting it? (alibaba, not aliexpress)
