What if I need a skydiving lawyer?

I'm curious where this picture in the bottom right, the 10-way, from the Dane Law website came from.

Am kinda curious too saying as I'm one who took it. For whatever unknown reason this picture has shown up a few times on the web (including an online magazine article, and an Australian news article article).

It really is just a curiosity thing for me, would like to know where they got this picture from.

Doesn't USPA 3-rd party insurance cover you against most claims you'd have to worry about?

As I understand it, USPA's third party liability insurance only covers injury and property damage to people and things NOT involved in jump operations. Hit a spectator and you're covered. Hit a skydiver and you're not.
