Losers and Suckers

Here's a guy that fits the bill perfectly:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/nov/28/trump-donor-election-fraud-sues-money-back

A Donald Trump supporter who donated $2.5m to help expose and prosecute claims of fraud in the presidential election wants his money back after what he says are “disappointing results”.

Fredric Eshelman, a businessman from North Carolina, said he gave the money to True the Vote, a pro-Trump “election ethics” group in Texas that promised to file lawsuits in seven swing states as part of its push to “investigate, litigate, and expose suspected illegal balloting and fraud in the 2020 general election”.

Etc.

According to the pleadings in the link the plaintiff...er sucker. Got exactly what he paid for. Nothing more and nothing less. Although settling for more than the $1 million offered may be in the best interests of both parties. The carnival barkers and the sucker.

I don't understand his problem.

The group filed the lawsuits.

Because they were baseless, completely false and clearly going to fail, they withdrew them.

Anyone with half a brain could see that result coming.

Helpful hint: When the FBI, headed by a Trump appointee, says that there's no evidence of any significant election fraud, it might be a clue.

So this dipshit gave a ton of money to a group that was pretty much doomed to failure from the beginning.
What a maroon.

No one could have anticipated that a man who regularly settles lawsuits for defrauding his students, customers and investors would cheat a gullible supporter out of $2.5 million.

To be fair it sounds like he gave the money to a pro Trump group, not to one that Trump is directly involved with. In that sense it sounds like the people he gave money to are actually successful students of Trump University.:p
