Write-in votes are only counted if the (write-in) candidate has registered for the election, else they are discarded.

Great news Ron!  Actual electoral fraud has been found!  DEAD PEOPLE VOTING!  INVALIDATE THE VOTE!
 

Bruce Bartman of Pennsylvania registered his dead mother, Elizabeth Bartman, and voted for Trump.  He now faces two felony counts of perjury and one count of unlawful voting.  I am sure you will agree that all votes for Trump within Pennsylvania must now be discarded and Biden immediately declared winner.
