It is starting to come into focus what that horrible man is going to do now. He knows he has lost. But he is going to appeal to his supporters to send him more money to fight on. Then he is going to continue to insist that the election is fraudulent. He will do everything he can to sow discord and to keep the USA in a state of disunity for his glory. Q will continue and some of it's adherents will plan violent actions. They will justify it as working to undo the stolen election.

God help America

We don't need God. We have the Prophet Trump whose acolytes live in a state of preemptive submission, fearful they will have devastation visited on their homes and reelections if they pray in any other direction than Washington, DC. Next we'll be subject to beheadings for perceived slights and insulting cartoons.

Hell, he gets to play victim, continue riling up his base AND swindle them of more $$$ to pay his campaign debts.  If that's not a trump Tri-fecta then I dunno what is:

Remember that he registered for the 2020 campaign on the day he was inaugurated. As soon as he registers for the 2024 campaign, he can resume campaign fundraising from his marks, and resume his SuperSpreader Rallies.

I want the lawsuits to go all of the way through, anything less will be more divisive and give credence to Trump’s claim that the election was stolen.  Give him his day in court, have his lawyers make their case and let this play out.

That's bullshit. The lawsuits are frivolous. The real purpose of them is to give the election deniers something to rally around. And what do you mean"all the way through"? They have no basis in fact and will be dismissed quickly. That is all the way through.

Sure.  But there has to be a lawsuit.  "I wuz robbed!" is not a lawsuit.  "Someone saw this video on Facebook" is not a lawsuit.  He has yet to find any violation of the law that would plausibly affect the result of the election.  Until he does that there IS no lawsuit.

Just like Al Gore got his day in court.  If the case is has been dismissed and appeals have been exhausted, it has gone “all the way through”

If 70 million+ Americans don’t feel our democratic institutions can be trusted, that’s not good.  Biden should welcome a full and thorough vetting of the election.

John Oliver talked about this in his episode last night:

All the way through what? They are getting dismissed because there is no evidence presented. Are you really suggesting you want court cases without nay evidence to go all the way to the Supreme Court? That might be one of the more stupid things I have heard in a while, which includes 4 years of incoherent Trump ramblings.

Agreed, but not because there is overwhelming fraud in the electoral system. But because 70 million+ people have become conditioned to believe twitter and Facebook over reality.

Getting dismissed for lack of evidence and no basis for appeal IS going all the way through.

So who is preventing the Trump campaign from launching lawsuits? What makes you think lawsuits are prevented from being launched?

In other words, what the fuck are you talking about?

I never said somebody was preventing him from filing lawsuits.  On the Sunday shows there were numerous Democrats calling for them to end and concede the election.  All I am saying is, do the recounts and investigate claims of shenanigans.  I don’t think it will change the outcome, but it might help settle some folks down.

I actually agree with this!

Going to be tedious, but sure bring them on. I don't think the Trump campaign have filed any further cases this week so far?

Come on Brent, you're smart. You know it won't change a single mind about anything. trump and his supporters will just say the courts are corrupt. trump has had 4-5 actions dismissed already subsequent to the vote and nobody has changed their minds. As long as trump is tweeting and his supporting cast is throwing out b.s. on the election system

This.

Trump's campaign stood in the parking lot of a landscaping business, next to fantasy island with a large dildo sale that weekend, and brought forward a registered sex offender to add weight to their claims.

And yet, still people say....well there might be some evidence. We really can't be sure until a judge has said, there is no evidence.

Then what is it you're actually saying? It's like you've just come out and felt the need to state "I want the sun to come up in the morning." Well, of course the sun will come up in the morning. That's how it works.

I mean, what's the alternative? were you suggesting there's a possibility that the courts were going to simply ignore Trump and the GOP's lawyers? Deep state security guards were going to block them at the courthouse doors?

Don't be so bloody obtuse. Official backing for baseless allegations and conspiracy theories - and party lawyers advancing them in court is official backing - will not help them go away. That's an absurd suggestion.

Indeed it will just make them worse.  One lawsuit has already been dismissed due to hearsay - an election worker left the room and when she got back she heard another worker say something about Trump ballots not being counted.  It was thrown out for being based on hearsay.  But to a Trump supporter, that's a corrupt court refusing to hear hard evidence that Trump was cheated out of the presidency.

It might be my new favourite thing that the Trump campaign clearly tried to book a Four Seasons hotel and accidentally ended up at a run down garden centre.

Perfect encapsulation of how they've approached the last four years of governance.

But didn't Trump stack the courts with conservative judges?

If even they couldn't find any evidence of fraud, then that just shrinks the excuses Trump supporters have.

Sure, they will continue to retreat to other excuses, but I want the island of their thinking and excuses to be as small as possible. Then maybe some of them will step out, realise they've been wrong and rejoin reality.

And if not, they can stay in that little tiny island as long as they want.

Drag it to street view, and you can see the porno shop, crematory, etc.

You're funny. trump supporters changing their minds and having an epiphany. NO I won't listen or follow conspiracy theories anymore! No I've concluded that trump is a habitual liar so I won't take what he says a gospel truth!!
