TRUMP MUST GO - VOTE

The market is going to tank by 1st quarter.   Biden will likely get the blame, since he will be in office.   Even had covid19 never appeared, the market is way too high.  When interest rates are pretty much nothing, that's what you get.  JMO, of course.

Then why not now?

You got exactly what you paid for, in all my years of investing I have never met an adviser that would recommend selling everything, thanks for that gem.I'm not giving you or anyone financial advice. But I'd recommend this guy.

Yep.  And mine cost a few hundred $$.  (The amount I spent over the years at Etrade.)  I keep him in mind whenever a republican says "the market is going to TANK because of Democrats!  SELL SELL SELL!"

In this case one of the biggest risks to the market is COVID-19.  Will this Christmas be a disaster?  Will the tourism industry recover this winter?  Will commercial real estate pick up in the spring when people start going back to work in person?  And from that perspective the market is eager for a Biden presidency; Trump certainly has shown no competence in managing COVID-19.

Phill the election was determined in July when the country was wracked with left wing BLM violence.

For ten years now, on the 3rd of July I'm invited to the back of the property.Under a shade tree, Lupe' and his crew of roofers, all undocumented immigrants in one way or another, offer me some Carne Asada and cold Cervezas. We celebrate the Birth of America the land of opportunity. They love to here about US history as it pertains to Mexico. The freedoms and rights not afforded to Mexican nationals at the time.

As We tapped our bottles to America and I pressed the cold bottle to my lips.(not sexual) One asked in broken english.Do you agree with the demonstrations ? the riots? the fires.

Trying to hold back an explosion of beer and laughter,I reluctantly replied not to offend, "well, not really".

"Oh Good cus, We No Like". I responded in kind, "Welcome to the Republican Party." we laughed and drank.

Then something magical happened,as it does every year, we bond over core American Values.

I explained there's a political party that wants them to believe, America is

"A Nation of One Hundred Tribes" and what do you get, waring tribes.

The other party wants you to believe we are but  "One Tribe, of a Hundred Nations".The American Tribe.

Phill the latino vote is going to be stronger than you think,as for the black vote

don't believe everything you read.

And then a little girl, no more than 6 years old, began to clap - tears of joy streaming down her face.  She pledged her life in that moment to Donald John Trump's every desire.  Everyone else began to clap.  The trees clapped.  A beautiful moment.

And here we have the definition of a snake oil salesman. It's interesting how people can be so naive as to support someone who's actually working against their best interest. But what can I say, people are gullible, dumb and lazy. They believe what's easy to believe and what sounds good.

Hang on - did you mean me?  Because what I wrote was (I thought) clearly satirical.  Well, not satire, really...more like casting shade on the veracity of the story that was originally fabricated...errr...told by rich.

Yobnoc, it was a nice touch with the little girl and all. But it did go over my head because of the way the quote system works. I just went back and gave you a little something for your effort!

Just call me a lier, it requires fewer words.

While your at it, tell me what you really think of me.I won't ban you, turn off my notifications or call the speech police.I'd invite the moderator to stay out of it so we can use some profanity. You see, i've been called every name in the book.So have at it.

In return I'll tell you my jape about the cold war,I never shared with you last year, same narrative, Trumps a racist.

I find it interesting no one asked me what were the core American values, we're bonding over. Racist and the Alien.

Sure, but they're not really sources of information BEFORE the election. At least, in terms of generating information that can be used to predict the winner.

Richravizza uses the stock market as a source of "information", but doesn't really ask where they get their information from. I doubt companies' quarterly financial results contain much information on who might win.

OCTOBER 13TH  it's all about macro-economic policy

They made a few claims in that video:

  • the market has "predicted" incumbent wins or losses right several times before
  • the interviewee then explained why the numbers go up or down based on what the market thinks
  • critically, they did not explain WHERE the markets get their prediction/opinion from. They probably look at the polls, and either agree/disagree with it but there seems to be no other source of information besides the polls, and instinct

So sure, they guessed right several times, but they didn't show how the polls were doing when they guessed right. They didn't make those guesses in a vacuum.

The markets are made of humans and they don't have any special knowledge that's not available to the general public. Heck, several posters here are investors. Their collective "guess" on who wins is shaped by their personal circumstances and the information they personally get, their demographics might make it different from the polls, but if you take their word as gospel then you're really just using them to process the news and polls for you.

Too funny US per capita income is rising because:

  • "COVID-19 is set to result in a further fall in the U.S. population growth.
  • According to the latest estimates by the U.S. Congressional Budget Office, U.S. population will be 374 million by 2046, 10 million less than 2018's prediction.
  • It mainly takes into account a predicted decline in the birth rate due to higher unemployment rates and an increase in anxiety to economic consequences of the pandemic.

The long-term effects of the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. are still anybody’s guess, but most economists and experts are predicting significant negative impacts on GDP, jobs growth and even population sizes. Data released by the Congressional Budget Office last week shows just how bad the U.S. government believes the outlook is for the future."

The brilliance of high speed internet isn't watching porn 24/7. Its that the answers to everything is out there just ask the questions.

If trump and the GOP wasn't so focused on "white power" perhaps immigrants from Ireland, Norway, etc would look at the US. Instead racist policies and border walls and Trump Virtually Cuts Off Refugees as He Unleashes a Tirade on Immigrants.

So imagine the last few old white men in nursing homes being cared for by a Honduran orderly with a ratio of 100-1. Because there is nobody to look after the old white men. Immigrants that are brown, black, yellow etc.and remember the old racist GOP policies of the 2010-20's.

I wonder what they are smoking!

In a statement released Tuesday afternoon the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy said that it considered “ending the COVID-19 pandemic” to be one of President Donald Trump’s major first term accomplishments. The office released a corresponding report that listed achievements of the Trump administration in the area of science and innovation.

Resume updating must be going on hard over there. I wonder how they will try to make white house experience look like a plus instead of a big red flag?

Trump holds a rally in Omaha.

For security reasons, people have to park their cars about 3 miles from the event, so the campaign has buses to take people from the parking lot to the event.

After the event, it took over 3 1/2 hours to get those people back. In temps right around freezing.

Several people ended up in the hospital.

Nebraska.  Because he really needs that 1 electoral vote?  Or was it because Nebraska has really been lagging in COVID-19 infection rates and he wanted to give them a little bump?

Quote

Several people ended up in the hospital.

And once the superspreader event kicks in, a lot more will end up there.

The only reason we have such low temperatures is that we have so many thermometers.
