Just keep in mind that It is demonstrated time and again that when there are grey areas available in charging and sentencing then black or white has a lot to do with it.

That's kind of what I was referring to earlier.  A sexual relationship between 17 and 18 year olds is a grey area, but most people aren't going to take offense  if it seems "normal" to them.  But as soon as it's a relationship they don't approve of, they get to rack up the charges even if if they agree it was consensual?

It's the lack of a simple Yes or No when asked if he should be charged as an adult. 

 

Here's a hint:  2 + 2 = 4

However, his adult enablers should have the book thrown at them.
