Telling soldiers they are losers and suckers will indeed motivate conservative veterans to be out in force in November - and to vote for Biden.

Why would they vote to continue what is happening in Trump's America? If you are upset with what is happening currently, wouldn't you want to change who is currently leading the country? You think that voting for the guy that got you here is going to change it?

I mean the leaps in logic required for conservatives to think that voting for the same will get different results are....well idiotic.

You wrongly assume that this is Trump's fault.  BLM is not Trump's fault.  I'll refer you to the martini of drugs in the George Floyd autopsy report...

Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing
performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at
9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine)
A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens:
1. Fentanyl 11 ng/mL
2. Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL
3. 4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL
4. Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL
5. 11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL;
Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL
6. Cotinine positive
7. Caffeine positive

Also, Can you overdose on fentanyl?
Yes, a person can overdose on fentanyl. An overdose occurs when a drug produces serious adverse effects and life-threatening symptoms. When people overdose on fentanyl, their breathing can slow or stop. This can decrease the amount of oxygen that reaches the brain, a condition called hypoxia. Hypoxia can lead to a coma and permanent brain damage, and even death.

I know you'll dismiss the report but here ti is anyways.

Would Floyd have died if the cop hadn't knelt on his neck? I don't know.

But I know he died while the cop was kneeling on him.

And there were BLM marches before Trump was in office.

They didn't get as bad.

But then again, the sitting president didn't encourage the white supremacists and ignore the BLM people.

To pretend that Trump hasn't made the situation worse is pretty naive.
To pretend that the Boogloo crowd hasn't played a large part in the violence and vandalism and arson is too.

Trump has yet to say that "Black Lives Matter".
He went to Kenosha and completely ignored the Blake family.
He praised the kid who killed people

And yet, Trump continues to claim that the situation would be worse if Biden was in office.

Not surprised the excusers are out in force.  I think you guys need to be careful.  These types of behaviors will move conservatives to be out in force in November.

The only chance the current leadership has to motivate people to get out and repeat their mistake of four years ago is to keep scaring the easy to scare base that AOC, Pelosi and Harris will take over the country and change it. Women and especially non white women in power? That is an easy thing to point at and get you all worked up. They certainly are not going to try to run on either their record or their plans for the future. Fear, it's all they have and they will milk it's for all its worth.

Arson, looting, street protests, DHS goons sent to US cities, Feds using tear gas so Trump can pretend to be a Christian, etc., etc.

This IS Trump's America.  And you want 4 more years of it?

What is happening in the US is under Trump's leadership. Trump's leadership has done absolutely nothing to reduce the tensions and actually lead to increased tensions. What you are seeing happening in the US is happening under his leadership.

Voting for the same people and hoping for a different result is rather foolish. But then he did call veterans and soldiers suckers and fools. He is responsible for the death of thousands because he decided he knew better for you then to tell you the thruth about COVID.

Maybe you agree with all that and find it great signs of leadership that should be repeated for another 4 years.....

I've seen the left's view of the future.  I'll pass for now.  Besides, after the election the arson, looting, and so forth will stop because there won't be any political currency.  The funding will dry up.

Ok, what do you see as 'the left's view of the future'?

And what funding are you talking about 'drying up'?

Do you mean the money Soros is pumping into BLM to inflame the country so that the Socialists can take over?

One more time, much (most?) of the 'arson, looting and so forth' is NOT coming from the BLM protesters. It's coming from opportunists. Many of whom are Alt-Right types (Boogaloo boys).

Most of those protests are local and aimed at local institutions. I know you can only see a "left wing deep state conspiracy against Trump", but that is not really what is happening. The only way that it's about Trump is that opportunist that he is, he has decided to inflame it as much as he can.

The dude was a convicted felon, high on multiple substances and in the process of committing another felony and resisting arrest.  He might be alive today if he just followed the advice of Chris Rock

Sounds like all legitimate reasons to be suffocated to death by the state. Perhaps instead of letting felons out of prison because of Covid infections. They should just all be killed to save money? Or just the unpolite felons?

Today we are seeing the right's vision of the future - endless riots, brutal suppression of protesters, the failure of public health, government attacks on our military and police and an ever-widening division among Americans.  I'd prefer life under an Obama.

Brutal suppression of protesters?! Sorry but you need some new glasses, lets try for some balance here. If they light themselves on fire that doesn't count! Green hornet where are you?

So are you claiming that the arson, looting and protests, as well as the never ending stream of lies and broken promises, are NOT happening after 3.5 years of Trump's presidency.

Name-calling is easier than rebutting facts, it seems.

Brutal suppression of protesters?

Specifically, peaceful protesters who have been gassed for a presidential photo op.  Journalists and peaceful protesters arrested without cause - whether they were at the protest or not.  People blinded in one eye by rubber bullets fired into crowds.  That sort of brutal.

Did you not hear about any of that?

You can pretend that the riots and destruction weren't kicked off by the Floyd incident and weren't perpetrated by the "protesters".  I know better.  You don't need to look far to see that.  You've even defended their right to loot and destroy.

I figured out a while ago it's pretty difficult to have a reasonable conversation with folks who already have their mind made up. That goes for both sides so I don't waste my energy on it.

This one I will throw out some food for thought. If you are standing next to some idiot throwing bricks etc. would you think it's a good idea to get out of there so don't end up as collateral damage? I've always said I don't want to stand next to the idiots steppin in shit cause I don't want it splashing on me.

Do you think every one on the end of heavy handed police tactics was stood next to a brick thrower? Are you really that naive?

I would think it's a better idea to try to stop him from throwing bricks.
