The FEC is supposed to administer, investigate and enforce the campaign finance laws. Right now Kanye West is breaking those, but the FEC cannot vote to start investigating campaign finance violations, because Trump hasn't nominated enough commissioners for there to be a quorum.

I think it is amusing that the Trump campaign thinks Kanye could take votes from Biden. In my opinion an obviously mentally-ill candidate is more like to attract the voters who are already unable to identify the other mentally-ill candidate.

I'm aware of that.  What is the cost to look into the alleged violations?

I haven't heard much of anything on them, nor the Hatch Act violations.
