Bryon T Dormire

Recommended Posts

Byron Dormire long time Colorado resident and jumper at Mile High Skydiving passed away in his sleep at his home. I had known him for 37 years and we jumped together in Germany and lots of other places since then. We all thought back then we would burn in at 200 mph then get get killed in some senseless car accident much less die in our sleep. BSBD!

Here's a toast to the host
Of those who love the vastness of the sky,
To a friend we send a message of his brother men who fly.
We drink to those who gave their all of old
Then down we roar to score the rainbow's pot of gold.
A toast to the host of men we boast, the U.S. Air Force!

I'm very sad to hear that Byro has passed. He was one of the nicest people I've had the opportunity to spend time with. I remember him form the early 2000's and worked with him in Colorado. I can't remember a time when he wasn't upbeat.

Thank you for your service my friend.
