Here’s Why BuzzFeed News Is Calling QAnon A “Collective Delusion” From Now On

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/drumoorhouse/qanon-mass-collective-delusion-buzzfeed-news-copy-desk

Some people have even compared it to a religion; it has a savior figure (Trump), prophetic scripture, what they have dubbed a “Great Awakening” (an acknowledgment by the mainstream that what they believe is true), and many followers refer to Q as a saint. “It is also already much more than a loose collection of conspiracy-minded chat-room inhabitants,” Adrienne LaFrance writes in the Atlantic. “It is a movement united in mass rejection of reason, objectivity, and other Enlightenment values. … To look at QAnon is to see not just a conspiracy theory but the birth of a new religion.”

And what the right fears more than anything is black people with guns.

Ronald Reagan was very pro-gun.  Then the Black Panthers started marching around in California with weapons on display.  Reagan then started signing gun control legislation (starting with the republican-created Mulford act) just as fast as his shaking hands could move the pen.  Even the NRA started supporting gun control once they saw who was carrying those guns.

It's pretty clear that republicans are pro gun rights - but only when the right people have those guns.

Hi Bill,

It's pretty clear that republicans are pro gun rights - but only when the right, white people have those guns.

At the risk of stoking the fires of Q belief. This is interesting, who would have thought that an IT geek would be behind a lot of this nonsense. I wish I had the insight and lack of morality to exploit people. Whole thing reminds me of that guy who got paid to take on pets in the event of the rapture. Perfectly legal to exploit people’s beliefs

Qmap.pub is only one of the websites collecting the Q posts. It was the first that I found and I liked it for the "Players" profiles.

What may tickle you more, Q recently posted a message possibly indicating that two of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and an Under-Secretary of Defense Intelligence might be planning to remove the POTUS from office.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

We QAnons are still voters.

Fundamentally, you're still being scammed by Jim Watkins, a pig farmer in the Philippines who moved there because of their (ahem) questionable enforcement of various sex crime laws, and who owned 8chan and now 8kun where these "Q drops" arise from.

And yes, you Q devotees may still be voters, but that's because there no rules against delusional people voting.  I'm glad you finally admit, though, that it's really just a propaganda effort to motivate the gullible and delusional to vote for Trump.

After all, if any of the purported accusations were true, don't you think loud mouth Trump would have bragged about it by now to improve his poll numbers?  If any of it were true, it would be a massive boost to his polling and the probability of his being re-elected.  If any of it were true.  Alas, though, it's not.

But even Trump realizes he'd have to provide some evidence to back up the outlandish claims, so he's stuck since he has none.  But on the plus side from his point of view, so long as the promise of this future Great Awakening keeps getting dangled, you guys all dance on the strings like good little manipulated boys and girls, all the while thinking you're "independent", but you'll vote Trump even if it isn't true.  So independent that no matter what evidence is presented to you, you believe the fantasy and will vote Trump regardless.  So, mission accomplished from the Trump election camp's perspective.

But the ironic part is the puppet thinks he's a free thinker.

Well, arresting him for treason would be a reasonable move.

The idea that the President has to be impeached & removed from office before he can be charged & tried for any crimes is simply an opinion from the Justice Dept back in the Nixon days.
It has never been tested, and some legal experts disagree with it.

However, until I see a warrant issued for HRC, and her taken to Guantanamo Bay for a 'military tribunal', until I see a basement magically appear under that pizza place, I won't hold my breath.

Something kinda funny about Qcumbers.

Many (most?) of them seem to be Trumpettes. And devout religious folks.

People that continue to believe the unbelievable, despite mountains of evidence (actual, demonstrable, testable, proof) that they are being conned.

They argue vehemently that their beliefs are the truth, that anything against those beliefs is 'fake news', all of that.

They have been conned so thoroughly that they vigorously defend the con man. Jim Bakker had a lot of his marks stand up at his trial and try to convince the judge that he was a good man who simply made some math errors (oops, forgot to finish the sentence)

^This. A thousand times this. It is the biggest hole in the whole conspiracy pile of bullshit. There is no way in hell Trump would not be crowing about it.

I don’t know why that would tickle us more than anything else posted by Q, since everything posted by Q is simply made up. He could post that all the Joint Chiefs are aliens and it would be no different.

But if you believe it... why? If Q is a group of military people who support Trump over the civil service deep state, of Trump is the most pro military president ever, why are the joint chiefs conspiring against him?

They

That's why any attempts to make them see the light are futile: it's the absence of fact they find compelling. It's all about believing in something in the face of opposition be that Q, Trump or whatever. Knock down a pillar and their faith only strengthens. Some small numbers seem able to break free of the delusions but always, it seems, it's of their own volition. I can not recall even one that was argued out of it. I do now agree that it's educational to keep a few around in the internet terrarium for occasional viewing. But arguing with them is pointless and definitely not for their sake.

Pro gun is pro gun for everyone.  It is pro LEGAL gun ownership, and use.

It was a different time then as well.

Oh yeah. I get it.

It's just 'funny' that the members of one club seem to belong to other clubs that have virtually identical structures.

Matthew 18

New King James Version

Who Is the Greatest?

18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

We all have that option.
