WTF happened to the Republican Party?

For the most part, the country's problems of today can be traced back to decisions made throughout the 90s, from Clinton's handling of al-aeda, to the violent crime bill, to Gingrich and his goons with their wedge issues and the lobotomizing of congress by de-funding in-house research organizations and replacing congressional staff with lobbyists that have been doing the thinking for the past 25 years.

Disagree.  The country's problems stem from Nixon's "southern strategy" and Reagan's "voodoo economics".

Disagree.

I think Douglas Adams put it rather nicely:

“Many were increasingly of the opinion that they'd all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that even the trees had been a bad move, and that no one should ever have left the oceans.”

Again, you seem unable to make a principled comment regarding support for a woman who has spent her life procuring underage girls for a sex offender.  This should not be difficult.

C’mon, man, that’s not fair - he needs to be told what to think, and nobody told him yet.

(Told by a charlatan claiming to be a “secret operative”, who inexplicably posts on a forum known for pranks, porn, and pedophilia, but told, nevertheless....)

Obama endorses someone who does something bad - clearly he's a criminal communist/marxist who supports violence against American patriots; he is an embarrassment to America.

Trump endorses a woman who set up a sex ring using underage girls - well, we need more information.  Let's give her the benefit of the doubt.  Innocent until proven guilty.  One of the sex slaves was 17; is that really underage?  He said she said.  Awaiting more information.  Q will appear soon to give me the correct spin.  Still awaiting.  If we await long enough perhaps people will forget.

I was not asked for my opinion.

IMO,I think she should reveal all she knows and then receive the most harsh prejudicial punishment possible.

Banning child marriage in America: An uphill fight against evangelical pressure

Christian evangelicals leading the charge for old white men marrying children. Perhaps thats why the Ghislaine Maxwell thread is hard for them to understand.

Q is mostly an online social support group for people who are powerless but want to believe they are insiders. It is a way for them to mitigate their fear. I have no fear of Q or it's believers. I only have pity for fools.

I fear them. Humiliated, bereft of hope, and filled with unquenchable anger when Trump loses they will fester in our midst like superating sores. Some will lash out thinking that their futily committed horrors will inspire others to rise up. The meek ones will commune and plot against those damnable unreasonable liberals who were too stupid to take the yoke when it was offered.  The pain and misery caused by Trump won't be over anytime soon.

The only thing you should fear is that enough Americans felt alienated to fall for the Trump clown show and got him elected.  If only we followed our own laws, we would have not  be in the mess we are now in.
