Jumps are free because the DZ get's paid by windmills which are just like propellers so it's the same. Why other DZ's need money to pay for maintenance, pilots, manifester's , groundskeepers, riggers, lawn mowers, garbage dumpers and the people who unclog the stopped up shitters is a mystery.
