What a loss, especially the lives of those on board. I had the opportunity to jump from it at WFFC and never did. No chance now. Anyone know if it was a joyride or a skydiving operation? From the news reports it looks like a joyride.

Last year a Junkers Ju-52 went down nose-first in Switzerland leaving nothing but the tail sticking up (this one is noteworthy because registration number HB-HOT was used in the filming of "Where Eagles Dare" and "Valkyrie"). 20 fatal. We all love these old airplanes and jumping out of them but as they get older and older, I think the risks are greater that they're going to crap out.
