Don't let the technical jargon discombobulate you. It's the same thing as, but only different, than factoring in Algebra (and a big SHOUT OUT to Mrs. Fenster at Pioneer High) 

 

Start with (network configuration files) + (routing configuration) = (network files) + (routing) = (network files routing) where network = internet; files = email and routing = send button. So it's just a fancy way of saying send an email.

I don't think being forced to work multiple shifts straight while covering more roles than any one person is capable of because the institution is that chronically understaffed and underresourced counts as an incentive.
