UPS left rig in truck for 3 days

I recently shipped my rig and the shipment was rescheduled till after a 3-day weekend. The tracking said it was "Loaded on delivery vehicle" for 3 days. I don't know if those trucks are insulated or what temperature they reach in Georgia 90 degree weather. Needless to say, I'm concerned about the integrity of my rig after that.

It'll be fine. If you don't want it I'll take it. Ship it to me and it can sit in a truck for three more days.

It will be just fine. It isn't best practice to leave a rig in a hot trunk or car, but if I had to pull a number out of my ass I would have to say that close to 100% of rigs get exposed to similar conditions multiple times during their service life.

3 days of it is hardly a concern.

If my memory is correct, and I am looking at the right PIA service bulletin, that had a very limited impact on civilian sport containers. But your point is well taken.

The Atom problem was not due to heat. Just shitty material. They tried to cover themselves with the heat and humidity excuses but it is simply not true
