Disrespecting our country

Recommended Posts

Hi folks,

So, what do you think?

'US president Donald Trump has criticised US women's team co-captain Megan Rapinoe on Twitter, telling her not to "disrespect our country" after she said she would not visit the White House if they won the World Cup.'

I saw a quote -

I think it is as true as it gets -

To Trump - Twitter is a laser pointer. . .

. . . And liberals are all cats

If you think Trump's Twitter feed is part of a grand plan, like he's some master puppeteer pulling the strings, consider this... he was so riled up when he posted it he sent the comment to a random person called Megan Rapino.

There is no plan here - he's just a crybaby.

Naw, I love the quote. It says far more about Liberals than it does about Trump. No, he's not that deliberate. But too many folks are that reactive O.o. Eye-rolling is fine; legislative action etc are great. The "the sky is falling" reaction no so much.

It's locker room talk.  I thought you all were OK with that?

The QAnons love how he trolls the MSM.

Also, quite often his Tweets are coded messages. I have not seen the analysis of his latest, however.

Amazing display. messages are so stupid that they must have some hidden meaning to make sense. Incredible how people explain things to themselves.

I don't know about that, but I can say that the Q-razy people are about as far from Occam's Razor as Bill Booth's beard is from a real one.

"Widely reported as semi-illiterate and demonstrably incoherent guy makes typos in unhinged 3:00 a.m. Tweets?  Nah!  Must be secret messages being sent to his covert operatives!  That makes much more sense!"

(You need to line up the typos and they tell you to drink your Ovaltine.)

*Even if* you accept the premise that there's some secret counter-conspiracy to combat another secret conspiracy, why the Hell would the leader of it be sending instructions via Tweets where everyone (even the "bad guys") can read them.  That's so dumb at so many levels, it's like a Fractal of Stupidity.

Hi Jerry,

I think the Mango Mussolini has confused the office of the President with the "country".

One can treat the President with disdain while still treating the country with respect.

After all, who was it that tried to undermine Obama by claiming that he had a private detective uncover 'shocking evidence' that Obama was not a US citizen?

Hmmm..
Who might that have been?

And if pretending that the President is not a citizen isn't 'disrespecting' him, what is it?.

I thought you said you would go me one better.

That isn't even in the same zip code as better.

No wonder the left is so wrong all the time.
