Sony A6300 for Skydiving and the best settings?

Hello extended family,

I have recently purchased a Sony A6300 for my camera helmet. Can anyone recommend some setting that they use who may have the same camera or who has once used it. The lens on the camera is a Samyang F2.0/12mm .

I have a buddy that shoots lots of CRW with that camera and a 16mm lens

His settings base line is: ISO bracketed 1-800, f 5.6, shutter speed 400-800 depending on light. He'll make adjustment from there if needed
