As Nancy said, “a glass of water with a D could win her district” and as I said, Nancy has her firmly on a leash.  She is a useful idiot to quote Lenin.

Yeah, except she knocked off the #4 Democrat in Congress (Crowley).  Nancy is a little salty about that one, methinks.

Quite right, and that is why NP is playing AOC like a court jester, she even let her hold the gavel the other day.  Whimsical leftist will all gleefully fall into line as Pelosi  practices realpolitik.

Has it crossed your mind that AOC is well aware of Nancy's disdain for her?  What would you have her do?  Cross her arms and give a pouty look at Nancy when she offers the gavel?  While that would certainly reinforce your view of the "snowflake generation," it's not good politics.  Nancy might have set her up for a no-win situation, but I don't believe for a second that AOC is swooned by her.

Swooned - Probably not -

It takes a garbage disposal to do that -

Oops - sorry that was Baffle.

NC definitely baffles AOC. . . .  but then so does a garbage disposal.

She really shouldn't talk about her constituents that way.

Saying whatever dumb shit you want just to get attention and then calling people idiots for taking it the wrong way doesn't sound like a new idea, it's sounds like Trump.

. . .So, to borrow your quote about Candice Owen:

"She may well have some good ideas.  But if this is representative of her thought process, she's a loon."

You're very far away from accurately describing that quote.  It's no wonder you got the previous "world will end in 12 years" one wrong. https://www.newsweek.com/pelosi-alexandria-ocasio-cortez-glass-water-win-district-1397640   I know it's a catchy headline because you can technically say that she said it but her quote was:

“When we won this election, it wasn't in districts like mine or Alexandria's. And she's a wonderful member of Congress, I think all of our colleagues will attest, but those are districts that are solidly Democratic. This glass of water would win with a D next to its name in those districts.  And not to diminish the exuberance, and the personality, and the rest of Alexandria and the other members...but the 43 districts—we won 43, net gain of 40—were right down the middle. Mainstream, hold-the-center victories."

Saying what you believe in, then calling people idiots who say idiotic or misleading things about it, is what got her elected.  She is certainly not politically correct - and that's one of her pluses, not minuses.

Yes, once the concentration of CO2 exceeds 600ppm, the fertilization effect levels off.

We still have quite a lot of upside left.

and in the real world most "Green Houses" increase Co2 from 1000 to 1500 ppm. for optimal growth, I think GMO are already on this potential problem, just as they did with vitimin A deficency hence golden rice.

back to the subjuct of FEAR.

I truly believe we will come together and embrace nuclear power one day.

We will have come fulll circle.

From the depths of the psychotic Cold War,the insanity of Mutual Assured Destruction, and all out thermonuclear war.

To a place where the benifits to humanity and our environment can equally be embraced and celebrated.

As an ecologist at heart,I find this quite disturbing.

O the horror.

Now google how many birds are killed by coal power plants.  Or by pet cats.

What?  The denier video you watched didn't mention that?  How odd.   It's almost as if they don't give a shit about birds; they just want to support their political agenda.

NEWS FLASH!  Apartment building does NOT burn down!  A dozen families are NOT homeless!  News at 11!

Think that news station would have anyone watching them?

If the right wing weren't afraid of her, there wouldn't be long threads of right wingers attacking her, hours and hours of programming on FOX News trying to discredit her, and right wing talking heads spending entire radio shows attacking her ideas.  They'd just ignore her.

LoL,When have I ever endorsed a coal power plant? you assume, us deniers are all alike.

Now your going to defend an imbecile,a glass of water? this is going to be good.

Did you watch any of the Video? Listen to one word of that poorly educated senior concpricy fellow, Mark Mills

Well I got news for you, while your having your campaign socialist debates on the vertue of renewables.

Merica just watched the Video, and can recognize  a "useful idiot" when we see one.

So is Howard Shultz now a right winger?

I took your advice came up with this.

The table below shows selected causes of bird death out of an annual total of 186,429,553 estimated deaths caused by human activity.

Mark Duchamp, the president of Save the Eagles International is probably the most prominent person to speak out birth deaths at wind farms. He says, "The average per turbine comes down to 333 to 1,000 deaths annually which is a far cry from the 2-4 birds claimed by the American wind industry or the 400,000 birds a year estimated by the American Bird Conservancy for the whole of the United States, which has about twice as many turbines as Spain."

and this

Run with that, Most of America knows she's a hypocrite, she lives in one of the best cities of America to take mass transit.

What does she do? Take a subway, Take a train to D.C.? a Bus to her office? Video conference?

Oh no,  She says what she beleives all right, and a carbon footprint the size of Al Gore and DiCaprio to prove it.

As for her intelligence, well you be the judge

Watch the video before you opine.  He addressed that very issue.  My favorite quote, “cats don’t eat eagles, eagles eat cats.”

I also liked “now that we know renewables cannot save the planet, will we continue to let them destroy it.”

BTW it is NOT a denier video.  At no time does he even question AGW.

Please watch the entire video and try to refrain from name calling.

Ah....so then it's only eagles we care about while defending fossil fuel?

At no point does the speaker defend fossil fuels.  It would appear that you are confused.

Oh...sorry again.  So what are we doing here just saying that wind farms are bad in comparison to nothing.

Obviously you did not watch the video.

The one about rare earth elements or the one about the birds getting whacked by windmills or the one with the bro in the TED talk or the one with the Voldemort looking guy or the one about birds getting zapped by reflectors or the one about how scary AOC is?
