I tend to think it should be up to the women to decide if they like to be grabbed, not their husbands.

But I have yet to find a Republican who would be happy if a stranger went around and grabbed their wife by the pussy.

Well . . .  that's completely different!  Their wives are respectable republican women who earned respect.  Not like the ugly, amoral women who have accused Trump of things.  (And who run for office as democrats.)

CNBC: Michael Avenatti arrested for alleged $20 million extortion attempt against Nike

He has always been a dirty lawyer. Even Stormy Daniels eventually saw through his bullshit. Karma's a bitch.

The NYT has an article explaining why Avenatti (and others like him) get away for years without paying taxes until they draw attention to themselves.  The IRS is so underfunded (thanks to Republicans) that they simply can't keep up.

Of course, regular employees don't have the same opportunities to cheat as do the self employed and rich investors who have bought and paid for the GOP.

I keep seeing somebody's post deleted below mine. I'm not trying to intentionally trigger anybody, just speaking my mind, even if it does seem overly harharharinyourface. If they're that triggered, maybe log off and go do something that makes them happy. (shrugs).

Remember when Avenatti was supposed to take Trump down, with a porn star? What happened to all that? LOL Good times.

Michael Cohen in prison and Trump a co-conspirator.

Good to know that's something you find amusing in a President.

Hard to take Trump down when there is a core of morons who are either in denial, or just don't care that he is immoral, unethical and just plain evil.

Fixed it for you.

Except that Obama was none of those things.  If you think otherwise, come up with some supportable examples.  He was naive, in my opinion, in the first part of his administration, but not immoral, unethical or just plain evil.

Avenatti Gets a 4-Year Sentence for Defrauding Stormy Daniels of $300,000

"In Manhattan, he was convicted in 2020 of trying to extort millions of dollars from Nike and is now serving a sentence of two and a half years. A lawyer representing him in that case later filed a notice of appeal, and his lawyers in the Daniels case wrote in court papers that Mr. Avenatti intended to appeal that conviction, too..The judge also ordered that Mr. Avenatti pay $148,750 in restitution and forfeit about $297,000..."

Imagine what sentence a cop would get for stealing $300K from an injured motorist.
