Yeah. No chance at all for any of the debris to be blown up and sucked into the engine. A FOD engine failure at low altitude over a crowd wouldn't be a problem.

Not to mention that there's minimum altitudes and minimum distances from things like 'open air assembly of persons."

Edit to add:

It was pointed out to me via PM that helis have different minimum alititude rules than fixed wing.

But it has to be conducted 'without hazard'. I can't see this meeting that requirement.
