Recommendations for a video watching/editing tablet

Hey all,
I want to get a tablet to bring to the DZ that I can use to make sure everyone's looking super sick on that last jump, transfer videos from other jumpers' cameras, and edit videos during weather holds.

I am loathe to return to the Apple product line, but if that's the consensus I guess I can sell some fluids to buy an iPad.

Does anyone out there have a current setup or a recommendation for something like this? Show me what you got!

Ipad, you can then use airdrop to share videos. Start looking to sell a kidney.

I like my Microsoft Surface...full Win10 machine in tablet form so is more powerful than an iPad or Android tablet, touchscreen/pen/mouse, Surface cover adds keyboard, USB port for phone cables or card reader, mini-DisplayPort so with adapter can hook to TV, more/better editing software.

I second that. A Surface is a miniaturized PC, while Apple and Android tablets are more like oversized phones. This makes a big difference.
You can also have a look at other tablet or 2-in-1 computers (foldable into a tablet form factor, or with a detachable tablet as a screen).
