How do you eat Oreos?

I haven't seen anyone else mention this... I do the twist thing to separate the two halves. But then I put the icing half on my tongue icing-down, so that it goes straight to the taste buds. If you put the icing up, you don't taste it as much. Then you can maximize the chocolate taste of the cookie on the plain half.

This. Especially the thin ones.
At my last office we would bring in the seasonal varieties to taste and share. So far my favorites are Peeps and blueberry pie. However, I'm unfortunately very fond of the salted caramel thins (they seem to be sticking around -- not seasonal!). Currently at home I have apple pie and jelly donut. I do like the former, could take or leave the latter.
