I miss her terribly. Without her as a teacher and mentor I probably would have dropped out of the student program. My life would have been totally different - smaller and less vibrant. I also would never have met the man I love.

And the thing is, I'm just one of thousands that she did this for. I wish I believed in something-some kind of afterlife. The sadness is really starting to sink in today.

Linda taught my ground school class and all of my IAF jumps last summer. Without her, it's doubtful that I would have gone through with my license. BSBD Linda, you will be missed.

Oh, no !! I'm so saddened to read this. I moved out of the area, but last saw Linda when she was almost finished w/her chemo. She was doing so remarkably well that I'd thought she would beat the odds.

Linda was an outstanding mentor, & great person. She touched so many lives. Shawanga now has a partner to help protect us all.
