Acensky 0 #1 November 26, 2007 Even though he was not a skydiver, he has made many of us take to the sky in a different way. He taught me how to fly. An avid airshow performer. He flew through the Tillamook Blimp hanger in a AT-6 Texan. He died on 14 Nov. of Natural causes, he was a few weeks shy of his 91st birthday. http://www.sprucegoose.org/aircraft_artifacts/Exhibits/Hall%20of%20Honor/Ralston.htmlGarbage bags do not make good parachutes. squarecanopy 0 #2 November 28, 2007 Cool Heather, thanks for this post. My dad firebombed out of Newcastle, Wyoming back in the early 1960's with a Grumman TBM that Mr. Ralston had modified. I have not heard that name in years. What a flash from the past! Thanks again! Just burning a hole in the sky.....
