Jim fought a courageous battle against a multitude of medical problems over the last eight months and finally succumbed to the results of a life threatening infection on July 1 at 1:14 p.m. EST. His wife of 40 years (Marge Bates) will need all of our thoughts and prayers as well as good wishes.
