And now . . some bigots try to lynch an 8 year old boy. I can only imagine what Trump's reaction to this would be - "well, both sides were at fault."

============
NH1.com reports that a Claremont, N.H., boy had to be flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center after one or more teens decided to hang him from a tree with a rope.

The boy’s mother, Cassandra Merlin, posted the horrific photo of her baby’s neck to Facebook, and even then gave those responsible the benefit of the doubt.

The boy’s uncle, Lyrik Martin, who also posted photos of his injuries on social media, wrote in a post that he wasn’t sure the attack was racially motivated, but the boy’s grandmother went on record saying the teens taunted the boy for being black.

Lorrie Slattery told the Valley News that the incident was in fact racially motivated and “intentional.”

Slattery said she was able to recount what happened from her grandson’s 11-year-old sister and other children present (there were no adults), and that her grandson and some teens were playing in a yard on Aug. 28 when the teens started calling the little boy “racial epithets” and throwing sticks and rocks at his legs.

Some or all of the teens allegedly stepped up on a picnic table and grabbed a nearby rope that had been part of a tire swing, Slattery said.

“The (teenagers) said, ‘Look at this,’ supposedly putting the rope around their necks,” Slattery said. “One boy said to (her grandson), ‘Let’s do this,’ and then pushed him off the picnic table and hung him.”

The boy swung back and forth by his neck three times before he was able to remove the rope from his neck; Slattery said none of the teens came to his aid.

In a company, the CEO sets the tone. Maybe the chief executive of the country should set the tone, or at least behave in a manner that should be emulated.

My family's summer camp is about 15 miles from there. Claremont has been depressed for a long time, and that often comes out in ugly ways.

Yep clearly Trumps fault.

You're missing a big aspect of this conversation with that comment. The only response to events like this is to quash them and end them. We know for a fact that these people are unfaltering supporters of the President and at every turn he fails or quibbles in his denouncements. This country is made of better stuff and that attitude has no business being in the office of the President.

Today's deplorable tried to get a young woman, Paolo Garcia, kicked out of a college and deported. Here's what she said on a posted video:

=================
A student at Transylvania University posted about me on a racial hatred page saying: 'Everyone go report this illegal at my school bragging about breaking the law. '

That night I received numerous messages on Facebook from members of that group threatening me with ICE. Someone actually sent me pictures of them filling out a tip form to Homeland Security. I received messages like 'I can't wait till your f**** c*** ass is gone', 'You and your n-word boyfriend need to leave' and 'Hope you enjoy your visit back to the dirt floors of your homeland, stinky ass.'
=================

There is a happy ending to this one, though. The deplorable, Tayler Ragg, has been expelled from _his_ college.

Came across someone today who is in total denial that Trump ever lies.

The overwhelming evidence notwithstanding that Trump can't tell true from false, was simply met by "Hillary's emails" and "Bernie is a commie".

Hate Crimes Rise in Major US Cities in 2017
Voice of America

September 19, 2017 0:52 AM

Hate crimes have jumped by nearly 20 percent in major U.S. cities through much of this year, after increasing nationally by 5 percent last year, according to police data compiled by the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University at San Bernardino.

The number of hate crimes in 13 cities with a population of over 250,000 rose to 827 incidents, up 19.9 percent from 690 reported during the same period last year, according to the study. Only two cities - Columbus, Ohio, and Riverside, California - posted declines.

Among the nation’s six largest cities, including New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago, the number of hate incidents increased to 526 from 431 last year, up 22.4 percent, according to the study.

In New York City, hate crimes jumped 28.4 percent; in Los Angeles by 13 percent; in Philadelphia by 9 percent; in Chicago, by 8.3 percent, and in Phoenix, Arizona, by a whopping 46 percent. Houston, the nation’s No. 4 city, bucked the trend, reporting five incidents through July 31, the same number as last year.

Major hate crimes reported this year included the stabbing of an African-American man in New York City in March; the fatal stabbing of two men protecting a hijab-wearing Muslim woman in Portland, Oregon in May; and the killing of a protester in Charlottesville, Virginia last month.

All were committed by “avowed white supremacists,” said Brian Levin, director of the hate and extremism studies center in California.

I notice where these incidents are taking place. Not in rural America but rather in the bastions of progressive liberalism. If you are able move out of these areas. Relocate to a safer less stressful way of life.

Since we moved to north GA in 2013 the number of hate crimes here are zero.

Hate crimes happen most often where haters rub up close to the people they hate. Which is of course mostly in cities. Some societies have tried apartheid type policies as a way to harness the hatred and turn it into suppression of the hated. America seems to be trying to deal with it straight on at this point. Or at least, most of America is. Others choose to shelter in place and avoid dealing with the people they hate.

The bastions of liberal progressiveness point the way to the future of your society. Your cloistered haven points toward the past.
Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Since we moved to north GA in 2013 the number of hate crimes here are zero.

So what you're saying is that all of these people who are victims of hate crimes should move to North Georgia? Which town, in particular? This is an important issue and I know you'd like to help.

> Not in rural America but rather in the bastions of progressive liberalism.

That's because there are more people in cities than in your compound.

>Since we moved to north GA in 2013 the number of hate crimes here are zero.

And there have been zero skydiving deaths in Qualcomm Stadium since 1994. There have been three in San Diego dropzones during that time. Does that mean that therefore it is safer to skydive into a stadium than at a DZ?

So you moved into a place that excludes progressive liberals, and therefore you don't have any to hate.

Today's deplorable is Lynne DiSanto, a Republican state lawmaker (and the party whip for South Dakota) who posted a funny image on Facebook.

=============
RAPID CITY — A real estate company dropped its ties to a state lawmaker Tuesday night after she shared an image on Facebook depicting protesters being hit by a vehicle under the caption, "All Lives Splatter."
=============

Get it? White supremacists run over and kill stupid BLM protesters, and they . . . . get this . . . splatter! Like "black lives matter" but "splatter" instead. Because, you know, all the blood and cerebrospinal fluid and stuff splatters.

It's like liberals don't know how to take a joke.

Not quite as deplorable as the previous example -

A Trump nominee calls transgender children "evidence of Satan's plan" and uses the old "gay marriage leads to bestiality" argument.

Anyone want to take any bets on how long before he's caught using cocaine to pay gay hookers?

==========================
Trump judicial nominee said transgender children are part of 'Satan's plan', defended 'conversion therapy'

By Chris Massie and Andrew Kaczynski, CNN
Wed September 20, 2017

(CNN)In a pair of 2015 speeches, President Donald Trump's nominee for a federal judgeship in Texas described transgender children as evidence of "Satan's plan," lamented that states were banning conversion therapy and argued that sanctioning same-sex marriage would lead to polygamy and bestiality.

I'm still confused on why christians can't question their own all powerful god for creating these humans.

'Cuz being gay is a choice.

And Trans people are just 'confused'.

That's why people like this idiot call for "treatment" and "conversion".
