“In essence, the Search Warrant not only aims to identify the political dissidents of the current administration, but attempts to identify and understand what content each of these dissidents viewed on the website,” the company’s general counsel, Chris Ghazarian, said in a legal argument opposing the request.

The magnetic field of the Sun does not apply any force to the Earth. Plus its direction changes every 11 years as the circulating currents change.

The Moon does not have a magnetic field.

Very close alignments (to within a degree or two) happen all the time; no eclipse needed.

At best (worst) the gravitational effects (not magnetic) will result in a slightly higher tide. Tides are hypothesized to nudge faults, true, but they can not be used to predict earthquakes at all.

Neap tides happen twice a year and those would be the ones a person concerned with earthquakes would want to consider, but eclipses have NOTHING to do with earthquakes whatsoever.
