I think it will depend on which parts 'fail'.
Here's some pretty good points on that.

I'm still fortunate to work for a large company with good benefits, so I've pretty much been non-impacted by most of it.
Having domestic partner coverage and some of the other coverage/benefits changes were pretty nice though.

We already have at least one county with NO coverage available through the Obamacare exchanges. I predict there will be many more to come, and that makes me sad.

Not quite. Other health insurance, not through the ACA exhanges, now has to meet additional requirements that it didn't before.

If one does not pay the fine (for not buying insurance that is not available) one is subject to the same penalties as one who does not pay their taxes, which, yes does include prison.

Wrong. You can go to jail for evading taxes, or failing to file, but not for failing to pay. That would be debtor's prison. Even Obama doesn't do that. And it is not a fine. It is a tax. The SC said so.

That's called "insurance." You may never get lung cancer - but your insurance payments go towards paying for a woman who has metastatic lung cancer. She might never get prostate cancer, but she will pay to treat you when YOU get it.
