They've agreed to go back to jail peacefully and lawfully. The other bunch of hillbillies have just jumped on that as an excuse to protest the animal refuge expanding... The next thing you know you've got Ruby Ridge out there. Complete with news trucks and pressure to end the standoff. Cutting off services and blocking cell signals is a great idea. But a blockade makes it a situation that must be resolved.
