Will she face criminal charges in regard to her email server?

As much as I'd like to be cynical and say that the elites don't answer to the same laws -- I can't.

It is doubtful that the FBI/DoJ would take the steps that they have without a good case for it. A criminal probe of a former SoS, senator, and First Lady is a big commitment. If they get it wrong, Hillary will scorch the earth.

Republican, Democrat, Libertarian...whatever. I think we can all agree that Hillary Clinton lacks good character. Polls show that the majority of the American populace agrees.

A nation of 320m people. Is this the best we can do?

One thing about life "inside the Beltway" is that few things are rarely what they seem and this is one of them. I would not bet on this one or even bet the over/under. I would guess, however that there are a lot, a whole lot of moving parts to this one.

Maybe. But Hillary makes it hard to like her. I wouldn't be surprised if the moderates and even the Right held a much more favorable opinion of Sanders, O'Malley, or Howard Schultz. Time will tell.

I'm not right wing but am labeled one this site. I have shown through the questionnaire that I agree with her on 73% of policies(remember that?).

I still think she is deceitful and untrustworthy in areas mostly including this email issue.

I actually think a little bit of deceit and secrecy is necessary for people who aspire to be world leaders. If the people knew everything that was happening we'd never get anything done.

there is a stronger case for war crimes charges against the Bush admin, and that will never be pursued. If you think anyone is going after someone over emails, I will bet $1000 on it.

they would likely have to prove some malicious level of intent. And I doubt there was any, no would it be possible to prove that.

Most of the world is not aware of the security level of their emails, nor could they adequately describe it.

That's not correct when it comes to sensitive, classified, and top secret information.
People in the Federal Government with security clearances know this.

Ask the General that was banging his assistant while sharing top secret (?) info with her.

Secretary of State undoubtedly knew this as well.

I'm in no way anti-democrat or anti-Hillary, but if this is true, she has to go.
I'm still confused how ANYONE in those types of positions has a personal email server OFF NETWORK in any way at all.

I agree that the chances of anything criminal is pretty unlikely though.
