Part of me is innocent until proven guilty - the other part is where there's smoke, there's fire. Here's what I don't understand... What date rape drugs did we know about then? I can only think of alcohol and Quaaludes. If she ingested two ludes she would have been out for hours. They all seem to be a re-write or journalists quoting journalists who said they said... you get the idea. I'm not a fan of the "Huff" type news aggregation of reports based on reports. This is a man that I have admired and respected since his album in the sixties. Getting his Ed.D. His shows in the 70's & 80's and even his having talks with the younger African-American comedians about their use of language in humor. But, at the same time when you get past the one or two possibilities of gold-digging and start getting north of five-ten going on the record without concern of defamation - you have to start wondering.Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. It's a discussion, Kallend. Opinions about policy are quite different from pontification on the facts of a criminal case. Policy is open to discussion. Crime is adjudicated by the courts.
